Unique in the UHF product portfolio, the shortened inlay length of the AD-230 fits into a 3 x 0.7 inch label for applications with constrained label lengths. Tuned for general purpose use, the AD-230 has been optimized to work well while attached to a wide variety of materials and applications. It also delivers good stackability performance. By utilizing the EPC compliant 96 bit Impinj Monza 3 integrated circuit, the AD-230 provides strong read ranges which helps to increase system level data capture reliability and allows you to program tags at almost the same distance you can read tags for greater degrees of freedom in your programming operations. The AD-230 also provides reliable global operational capability by reducing variation in read range performance across the 860 – 960MHz UHF band. This enables one inlay to be used regardless of geographic deployment.

AD-230 Proximity (Stackability) Test:

Features:
  • Shortened inlay length to fit 3 inch label width applications
  • Stackable performer - Optimized for both single tag in the read field performance across a wide array of applications as well as in close proximity
  • Global performance  (860 to 960MHz)
  • 96 bit EPC memory
  • EPCglobal C1G2 1.0.9, 1.1.0, 1.2 and ISO 18000-6C compliant
  • Write range approaches read range
  • Available in tightly pitched high yield / high capacity rolls which integrate seamlessly into high-volume converting processes

Advantages:

  • Shortened inlay length  fit 3 inch label width applications allowing greater placement options
  • Stackable performer - Optimized for both single tag in the read field performance across a wide array of applications as well as in close proximity enabling dense tag applications
  • Strong read ranges mean high read rates increasing system reliability
  • Tag circuit is tuned for global frequency operations across many dielectric substrates to create an all-purpose tag retaining good performance across a wide variety of materials and applications
  • Write range approaches 80% of read range allowing you to program at greater distances than before
  • Tight pitched densely arrayed product allows you to pack more inlays on a roll reducing roll change-outs and labor

Markets and Applications:
  • Supply Chain carton, pallet and item level tagging
  • Retail
  • Containers / Retail item level
  • Industrial / Factory AIDC Asset tracking
